Collection: Hard Luggage
Hard-shell luggage — a moulded polycarbonate shell rather than fabric over a frame, which is what keeps a case’s shape through a baggage belt. Cabin, medium and large, singly and in sets, across both the Luggero and Luggero Lux ranges.
Shell thickness is measured on the finished shell, not quoted from the sheet: 1.3 mm cabin, 1.5 mm medium, 1.8 mm large.
Every case lists its shell thickness, wheel bearing and zipper gauge, because those three decide whether a case survives a year of baggage handling. Made at our own plant at Neemrana under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015.
