Most luggage brands buy their shells finished.

NEEMRANA, RAJASTHAN

Most luggage brands buy their shells finished.

We extrude the sheet, form the shells, fit the hardware and test every case on one site. This is the sequence.

THE PROCESS

Ten steps

  1. SHEET EXTRUSION

Shell sheet, extruded by our group company. The material most brands buy in, we make.

  2. SHEET CUTTING

Sheet cut to size for each shell. Every size on the range starts here, from the same material.

  3. THERMOFORMING

Heat and vacuum pull the flat sheet into a shell. This is where a sheet thickness becomes a wall thickness, and where most of it is lost.

  4. SHELL CUTTING

Trimming and drilling. The shell is cut to its finished shape and the fixing points are made.

  5. THE FLOOR

Three units, under one roof, at Neemrana. Extrusion at one end, dispatch at the other.

  6. ASSEMBLY

Frame or zip, depending on the case. Wheels, handles and locks are fitted here.

  7. INTERIOR

Lining, dividers and compression straps, stitched and fitted.

  8. QUALITY

Impact, wheel endurance, handle load, zipper strength and a drop test. Every batch.

  9. PACKING

    Checked, wrapped and boxed.

  10. DISPATCH

Loaded and on its way — to our own warehouse, to a marketplace, or direct to a customer.

  3. since 2000

Our group has extruded polymer sheet since 2000. We have made luggage since 2022.

COLOUR THAT HOLDS

Colour goes into the material, not onto it. Piece one and piece five hundred are the same colour, and a scratch is the same colour underneath.

A SPECIFICATION WE CAN STATE

We know what gauge the sheet was and what the wall finished at, because we made both. Most brands can tell you neither.

PARTS WE HOLD

We make the wheels, the handles and the locks. So when one fails we repair or replace that part rather than the case. That is what the warranty rests on.

Every batch is tested here, not sampled elsewhere.

Impact. Wheel endurance. Handle load. Zipper strength. Drop test. Five tests, on our own equipment, before a batch leaves.

For years, other luggage brands were made from our material. We are not going to tell you which. Since 2022 our own cases have been made on this line, the one your case came off.

WHY WE CAN SAY IT

What we can tell you that others cannot

A brand that buys finished cases can only repeat what its supplier says. We can tell you these because we put them in.

Shell thickness The sheet we start with, and the finished wall.
Wheel bearing type Sealed or standard
Zipper Brand and gauge

If a figure isn't listed on a product, we haven't verified it — and we won't guess.

Neemrana is two and a half hours from Gurugram.

We host visits. Buyers, partners, anyone placing an order large enough to want to look. Write to us and we will arrange it.

We make it. We don't badge it.
