Warranty and returns

Five years from the day you bought it, wherever you bought it. To claim, use the form on the warranty page, email customercare@luggero.com or call +91 90794 01059; we reply within 12 to 24 hours with a claim reference and the address of our plant. You send the case to the plant at your cost, and we repair it and send it back at ours. Returns: 7 days from delivery, on luggero.com orders, sent back at your cost; if it arrived damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, we arrange and pay for the return.

Care, parts and repair

Shells, wheels, handles, locks and zip pulls are sold as parts, subject to availability, and you do not need a warranty claim to buy a wheel. We repair or replace the failed part first — a broken wheel is a broken wheel, and it does not need a new suitcase.

Delivery

Dispatched within two working days, pan-India.
