Ten years when bought on luggero.com; bought anywhere else, five years, claimed the Luggero way. For the ten-year warranty, use the Luggero Lux claim form on the warranty page, email bdhead@luggero.com or call +91 85050 41653: we collect the case from your door, repair it and send it back, all at our cost. Returns: 30 days from delivery, on luggero.com orders, no questions asked, collected from your door, free.

Care, parts and repair
Wipe with a soft, clean and dry cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.

Shells, wheels, handles, locks and zip pulls are sold as parts, subject to availability, and you do not need a warranty claim to buy a wheel. We repair or replace the failed part first — a broken wheel is a broken wheel, and it does not need a new suitcase.

Delivery

Dispatched within two working days, pan-India.
