A set of two Santorini cases: one medium and one large, available in Black, Dark Blue or Dark Coffee. Each case has four spinner wheels on sealed bearings, an aluminium telescopic handle, a combination lock and a TITAN No 8 zip.

This set is two cases in one series and one colour. The medium check-in size is for four to seven days and the large for eight days or more, or packing for two.

Luggero Lux cases are made by Travozet Industries at its own plant in Neemrana, Rajasthan. Bought on luggero.com, a Luggero Lux case carries a ten-year warranty; bought anywhere else, it carries five years. Travozet holds spare parts for its cases and carries out repairs at the same plant.

Warranty and returns

Ten years when bought on luggero.com; bought anywhere else, five years, claimed the Luggero way. For the ten-year warranty, use the Luggero Lux claim form on the warranty page, email bdhead@luggero.com or call +91 85050 41653: we collect the case from your door, repair it and send it back, all at our cost. Returns: 30 days from delivery, on luggero.com orders, no questions asked, collected from your door, free.

Care, parts and repair
Cleaning: Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use mild soap and water. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach and abrasive cleaners. Storage: Store the luggage in a cool, dry place when not in use. Keep it away from prolonged direct sunlight and moisture. Do not place heavy objects on top of the luggage during storage.

Shells, wheels, handles, locks and zip pulls are sold as parts, subject to availability, and you do not need a warranty claim to buy a wheel. We repair or replace the failed part first — a broken wheel is a broken wheel, and it does not need a new suitcase.

Delivery

Dispatched within two working days, pan-India.
